Holistic Footy’s Six Pillars of Personal Player Development:

1. Nutrition🥑🍛🍽️ - Properly fuel the body and mind; learn to support your general health and athletic performance needs through a well-balanced diet (Macronutrient Tracking, Meal Preparation Advice *Vegan and Vegetarian Included*).

2. Mindfulness🧘🏽‍♂️🪴 - Stay in the present moment; learn to healthily engage with your thoughts to enter flow state, stay focused, release anxieties, and connect with yourself (Self-Work, Meditation, Yoga, Breathing Exercises).

3. Physique🏋🏽💪🏼 - Stay fit to perform at your best; learn how to functionally build endurance, increase strength and power, improve speed and agility, and avoid injuries (Weights, Plyometrics, Speed/Agility, Cardio, Flexibility).

4. Technique⚽️👣 - Build a solid foundation for individual ability; learn the proper mechanics of passing, shooting, dribbling, tackling, and body movement on the ball (Fundamentals, Ball Mastery, Apidextrious Focus).

5. Game Intelligence🧠💡 - Understand game flow; learn to read the game, make smarter decisions, anticipate the opponent's actions, and position yourself properly on the pitch (Position Specific Training, Performance Data and Film Analysis).

6. Community 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾🌎 - We seek to build an inclusive community of people and players who provide for one another mutual encouragement and healthy competition; an environment that fosters learning and skill progression; a collective mindset engaged with diverse perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds to expand horizons; all while building a strong sense of belonging and self-confidence within a supportive developmental space.

Holistic Footy Testimonials

  • Great trainer, great program! Approaches soccer from a whole mind and body aspect. Allowed our child to get past his mental block and move up to the next level. Both of our kids love for the game has grown and the smile on the field proves it!

    Amanda G. (U9 and U14 Boys)

  • Benoît has taken Ava from a shy not confident player into a player who is confident on the ball. He has worked with Ava one on one and works with her on both the agility and technical aspect of the game. Most importantly, he makes training fun to where she looks forward to going. If you have the opportunity to send your son or daughter to training don’t hesitate to train with Benoît.

    Lindsey T. (U13 ECNL Girls)

  • As a former teammate of Benoît, I admire his understanding of the game and his leadership aura. He has been a great role model for me for the past few years of my life and has definitely played a part in my development as a person and player.
