Understand game flow; learn to read the game, make smarter decisions, anticipate the opponent's actions, and position yourself properly on the pitch (Position Specific Training, Performance Data and Film Analysis).
Sports Nutrition Coaching
Properly fuel the body and mind; learn to support your general health and athletic performance needs through a well-balanced diet (Macronutrient Tracking, Meal Prep Advice *Vegan and Vegetarian Included*).
Individual Training Packages
Available in 4 8, 12, or 16-week development programs that incorporate all that Holistic Footy offers on an individually tailored level. Includes Ball Mastery, SAQ Training, Film/Data Analysis, Nutrition Coaching, and Career Advisement.
Group Training Packages
Available in 4-week development programs tailored developing groups of 2-3, 4-5, and 6-10. Includes Ball Mastery, SAQ, Film/Data Analysis, Nutrition Coaching, and Career Advisement.
